15/11/13 After more than 37 years from the last World Championship win (G. Agostini, Nurburgring, 1976), MV Agusta makes its official comeback to international motorcycle racing. The iconic Italian brand, which has a record of 37 Championship and 38 Manufacturers titles, will be officially involved at world level with the Yakhnich Motorsport Team. 

Starting from 2014, MV Agusta will take on the challenge of both the eni FIM Superbike World Championship and the Supersport World Championship which was recently won by Yakhnich Motorsport, in only their second season in the series. 

MV Agusta and Yakhnich Motorsport will carry on the bikes development for both the Championships, this is why they gave new life to the historical brand “MV Agusta Reparto Corse”. Both companies are focused on a long-term partnership that goes beyond sporting activities and extends to high-tech and international industrial collaboration, as well as to international relations between Italy and Russia – since Yakhnich Motorsport is also the organiser of WSBK Russian Round. 

The goal for 2014 is to race up front in World Supersport - where the F3 has already shown its potential during the past season - and to develop the F4 RR in order to be protagonist in 2015, when new technical regulations will come into place. Agostini, Nurburgring, 1976), η MV Agusta κατεβαίνει επίσημα στους αγώνες WSBK. Η θρυλική εταιρεία που έχει ένα ρεκόρ από 37 πρωταθλήματα και 38 τίτλους κατασκευαστών, θα έχει επίσημη συμμετοχή με την ομάδα Yakhnich Motorsport Team. Αρχίζοντας από το 2014, η MV Agusta θα συμμετάσχει και στο eni FIM Superbike World Championship και στο Supersport World Championship το οποίο και κατέκτησε η Yakhnich Motorsport, μόλις στη δεύτερη τους προσπάθεια στο θεμσμό. Οι MV Agusta και Yakhnich Motorsport θα συνεχίσουν την εξέλιξη των μοτοσυκλετών και για τα δύο πρωταθλήματα και γιαυτό αναβίωσαν το όνομα της “MV Agusta Reparto Corse”. Οι δύο εταιρείες επικεντρώνονται στη μακροχρόνια μεταξύ τους συνεργασία που εκτός από τους αγώνες θα επεκταθεί και σε συνεργασία υψηλής τεχνολογίας και διεθνή βιομηχανική αλληλεγγύη, όπως και σε διεθνείς εμπορικές σχέσεις μεταξύ Ιταλίας και Ρωσίας αφού η Yakhnich Motorsport είναι η διοργανώτρια εταιρεία του αγώνα WSBK στη Ρωσία. Ο στόχος για το 2014 είναι οι πρώτες θέσεις στους αγώνες World Supersport – όπου η F3 έχι αποδείξει τη δυναμική της στην προηγούμενη σεζόν και να εξελίξουν την F4 RR για να πρωταγωνιστήσει το 2015, με την εφαρμογή των νέων κανονισμών. Οι οδηγοί για την Yakhnich Motorsport MV Agusta Reparto Corse θα ανακοινωθούν μέχρι το τέλος Νοεμβρίου.

MV Agusta in 2014 WSBK Championship?

 

There are spreading rumors that the Russian team Yakhnich Motorsport will bring the MV Agusta F4RR at the 2014 WSBK Championship. There are several names of riders mentioned on the Internet, eg Sam Lowes, or even Nicky Hayden. Too much speculation these days!
