Indian's line-up was revealed on Saturday, August 3 at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. There are three bikes currently available, the Chief Classic (a $18999 cruiser) , Chief Vintage ($ 20999 soft bagger) and the Chieftain ($22999 faired hard bagger).
They all are powered by the 111 cubic inches (1819 cc) Thunderstoke engine producing 119.2 ft lbs/3000 rpm (16.48 kgm/3000rpm).
The seat height of the Classic is 26 inches (660.4 mm) and the wheelbase is 68.1 inches ( 1729,4 mm). The weight is 778 lbs/812 lbs (352.9 kg-368.3 kg) (empty tank/full of fuel).

There is something humorous and teasing about the new Indian motorcycles commercial towards Harley Davidson. The advertisement will be broadcasted in one week.
It should be reminded that the Indian Motocycle Manufacturing Company was established in 1901 and went bankrupt in 1953. It was once again revived this year.
