The frame, the fork, a single rotor together with a two-piston caliper and two handgrips(!) indicate a small world sporty bike which will compete with Ktm Duke and the upcoming RC, the Honda CBR, Suzuki GW Inazuma, Kawasaki ninja 250-300.
There are some speculations for a bigger 350 c.c. variant also on the way.

A Triumph at this engine capacity would be welcomed in India and other countries around the world. For the manufacturer it will be a new competing field as the 250 c.c. category is becoming popular on emerging markets.
The price and performance will be the two key factors as the Kawasaki ninja 250-300, the Ktm Duke 390 and the Honda CBR 250 are showing the way for the competition.
