PIAGGIO GROUP: NEW MOTO GUZZI AND APRILIA BIKES AT INTERMOT 2014
The Aprilia Caponord Rally and Moto Guzzi V7 II are two first glimpses of the future Piaggio Group motorbike ranges, which will be unveiled at EICMA 2014 in Milan.
The new Moto Guzzi V7 II gets a new, six speed gearbox, ABS braking system and MGCT (Moto Guzzi Controllo Trazione, traction control that is), new 25 mm lower footpegs, which provide a more comfortable position even for above average height riders. The new Moto Guzzi V7 is available in three versions.
NEW APRILIA CAPONORD 1200 RALLY: NO LIMITS FOR THE CROSSOVER
Aprilia introduces a radically new version of the Caponord 1200, a new bike that breaks down the confines of paved roads to become even more transversal and suitable for any trip, ready for any terrain.
New spoked rims with an important 19" size on the front, new hard panniers with aluminium covers, 24 litre fuel tank, new oversized windshield, new engine guards, supplementary LED lights. The ride-by-wire with three engine maps, traction control, cruise control, ABS which can be disengaged and semi-active ADD (Aprilia Dynamic Damping) suspension system, are standard equipment.
