The styling resembles to the four stroke YZ-F bikes. An aluminum frame and an inverted 48 mm fork are featured. The engine is fueled by a 38mm Keihin carburettor. The wet weight is 94 kg with a full fuel tank for the YZ 125 and 103 kg for the YZ 250.
