The new twin cylinder of Aprilia is a maximotard, combining high performance and agility. The brand new twin cylinder engine V 90, 1200 c.c., is equipped with electronic uel injection Ride by Wire and a three map electronic ignition. The performance of the engine is 130 bhp at 8700 rpm and maximum torque 115 Nm at 7200 rpm.
  
     The V twin engine is combined with a light and rigid Trellis steel / aluminum castings frame.

     An upside down Sachs 43 mm fork at the front is employed, while a Sachs shock with a separate canister at the rear. Both are fully adjustable.

     Brembo brakes are used, metal braided hoses. The front has 4 piston radial calipers, 320 mm rotors . At the rear a 240 mm disc brake is used and a single piston caliper.

     In order to maximize safety, the bike is equipped with traction control combined with two channel ABS. Both systems may be deactivated separately.

     The wind deflector and hand guards provide improved air protection.
